Run your brand's growth from Claude Code — on unit economics
The training, skills and live sessions we use to run retention, acquisition and revenue analytics for DTC brands. Taught so your team can run them on your own Shopify, Klaviyo and ad accounts.
LTV Curriculum · Skills Library · Live Operator Sessions
Founding-member pricing goes to the waitlist first.
Most Claude Code training makes you faster. This makes you right — every workflow ends in a margin or payback number.
An AI agent that moves faster on the wrong number just loses money faster
The tutorials are for developers
Repos, commits and CI pipelines. Nobody shows a DTC operator how to pull cohorts from Shopify or audit Klaviyo flows from a terminal.
The marketing courses chase output
More campaigns, more copy, more reports. Useful — but if ROAS is the scoreboard, you'll scale the channels that rent revenue and starve the ones that keep it.
Your data is split across 5+ tools
Shopify knows margin, Klaviyo knows repeat behaviour, Meta knows spend. Claude Code can join them in one session — once someone shows you how.
Three pillars. One operating model.
The same system we run on client brands every week — curriculum, skills and live help, built around one question: what is a customer worth, and what did it cost to get them?
The LTV Operating Curriculum
Claude Code taught through the numbers that decide whether a DTC brand scales profitably — not through channel tricks.
- ✓Claude Code for operators — install to first shipped job, no coding required
- ✓Unit economics from raw data — contribution margin, true CAC, payback by cohort
- ✓Retention systems — Klaviyo flows, segments and churn signals built from your order history
- ✓Acquisition on economics — LTV-based bidding, creative fatigue and incrementality checks
The Finsi Skills Library
The skills we run on live client brands, packaged so you can install them on your own Shopify, Klaviyo and ad accounts.
- ✓Cohort & LTV analysis — repeat rate, payback and LTV:CAC by acquisition month and channel
- ✓Contribution margin P&L — CM1→CM3 by channel, rebuilt every week from Shopify and ad spend
- ✓Klaviyo flow audit — every flow scored on revenue per recipient and second-order conversion
- ✓Meta & Google waste audit — spend that buys low-LTV customers, not just low ROAS
Live Operator Sessions
Weekly group calls on real accounts. Bring your numbers, leave with a decision and the skill that executes it.
- ✓Weekly live build session — we work a member's account on screen
- ✓Office hours for setup, connectors and anything that broke this week
- ✓Every session recorded and indexed by topic
- ✓Private community with the Finsi team in it every day
12 modules, from install to a weekly growth review that runs itself
Economics before channels. You build the margin view first, then every retention and acquisition module is graded against it.
Your first hour
Install Claude Code, talk to it instead of typing, and ship one real job off your to-do list before the session ends.
Connect the stack
Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, Google Ads and GA4 through connectors. Read freely, write with approval — the house rule that protects live accounts.
Give it a brand brain
One project file with your margins, AOV, hero SKUs, voice and guardrails, so every session starts like a senior hire, not an intern.
Contribution margin, rebuilt
Pull orders, COGS, shipping, fees and spend into a CM1→CM3 view by channel. The number every later module is graded against.
Cohorts & LTV
Repeat rate, time-to-second-order and payback by acquisition cohort — so you know what a customer is worth before you bid for one.
Klaviyo, run from the terminal
Audit every flow, rebuild segments from purchase behaviour and draft sequences in your voice — then review and launch.
Second-order engine
Find the product paths, timing windows and offers that turn first-time buyers into repeat customers, measured against a holdout.
Paid on payback
Meta and Google reporting that ranks campaigns by cohort payback, not platform ROAS. Kill, keep and scale calls with a number attached.
Creative on evidence
Extract every ad you've run with its results, turn the winners into a style guide, and brief the next round from data.
Skills & routines
Save each workflow as a skill, then schedule it — the Monday P&L, the weekly flow audit, the daily spend anomaly check.
The weekly growth review
One page that joins acquisition, retention and margin, built automatically every week. The meeting your team actually runs on.
Team rollout
Shared skills, permissions and cost control so your whole team works this way — without anyone burning the token budget.
What changes in a typical week
Channel training vs an economics operating model
Built for DTC operators. Not for everyone.
This is for you if…
- ✓You run or lead growth at a DTC brand doing roughly $1M–$20M a year
- ✓Your stack is Shopify plus Klaviyo plus Meta and/or Google
- ✓You want to know your real margin and payback, not another ROAS dashboard
- ✓You're willing to work in Claude Code — the power-user way, not a chat window
- ✓You want skills you can run on your own accounts this week
This probably isn't for you if…
- ✕You're pre-revenue or still validating product-market fit
- ✕You want someone to run your accounts for you — that's our agency, not the Academy
- ✕You're in B2B SaaS or lead gen — everything here is built around DTC e-commerce
- ✕You want a quick hack rather than an operating system
Questions before you join
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Claude Code runs in a terminal, but you talk to it in plain English — or by voice. Module 01 walks you through the install step by step, and office hours cover anything that breaks.
Do I need a separate Claude subscription?
Yes. Claude Code runs on an Anthropic plan. Pro is enough to start; most operators who run it daily move to Max for the higher usage limits. We cover which tier fits your workload in Module 01.
Which platforms does it cover?
Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, Google Ads and GA4 are covered end to end. Anything with an API — your 3PL, subscription app, reviews platform or accounting tool — can be connected using the same pattern.
Is it safe to connect live ad and email accounts?
We teach a read-freely, write-with-approval rule from day one: Claude can pull any data, but nothing goes live in an ad account or Klaviyo without you approving it. The same rule runs on our client accounts.
How is this different from Finsi's agency services?
The agency runs the system for you. The Academy teaches your team to run it yourselves, with the same skills we use on client work. Some brands start in the Academy and bring us in later; some do the reverse.
When does it open and what does it cost?
We're opening with a small founding cohort. Founding-member pricing and the start date go to the waitlist first — join below and you'll hear before anyone else.
